Request work only on systems, devices, data, and accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not ask JHProIT to bypass another person’s access controls, obtain credentials without permission, or interfere with third-party systems.

Prohibited misuse

Do not use the website or services for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, malware distribution, unsolicited messaging, or disruption of services. Do not submit deceptive requests or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task.

Reporting a concern

If you discover a possible website security problem, use the contact page with enough information to identify it. Avoid accessing client data, disrupting availability, or publicly disclosing sensitive details. This page does not grant permission for intrusive testing.

Service decisions

We may decline or suspend work involving unlawful, abusive, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
