Program scope
If you enroll in an active JHProIT service messaging program, messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, support-request updates, and information directly related to a service you requested. This policy does not enroll you in a program. The website does not send text messages by itself.
Your choice to enroll
You must give a separate affirmative consent through the offered opt-in process. Providing a phone number or requesting service alone is not consent to automated texts. The optional website checkbox, when available, is not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be authorized to use the mobile number supplied.
Frequency & costs
Message frequency varies with your appointments and support activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan. Check your carrier for details. Carrier availability and delivery can vary; text messaging is not an emergency support channel.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to the number sending JHProIT service messages to withdraw your consent. You may receive a single confirmation of the opt-out. No further program messages should be sent unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by calling (407) 335-1296. Opting out of texts does not cancel an underlying service agreement.
How to get help
Reply HELP to the sending number for program assistance, or contact (407) 335-1296. For urgent managed support, use the escalation route in your service agreement.
Mobile privacy
Mobile numbers and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process data to deliver the program on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Delivery & program changes
Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier or technical limitations. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or discontinue a program, subject to applicable requirements. We do not use consent for an unrelated marketing program without a separate appropriate opt-in.
