Billing & payments

Know the scope.
Understand the invoice.

Clear commercial information from the first quote through service completion.

Quotes and authorization.

Published prices provide a starting point. The final quote depends on the work, device condition, parts, licenses, and any travel or third-party charges. An initial assessment conversation is free; detailed diagnosis and implementation may be chargeable after you approve the scope.

Review the total price, any deposit, taxes, exclusions, and payment timing before authorizing work. If the proposed work changes, ask for the updated scope and charges before proceeding.

Managed plan fees apply to the devices, systems, and services listed in the agreement. Onboarding, additional storage, new devices, licenses, and projects can require separate charges. Check the individual agreement rather than assuming every service is included.

YOUR INVOICE

Keep the commercial record useful.

01

Identify the service

Retain the invoice reference, service date, description of the agreed work, and the contact responsible for approval.

02

Review the charges

Check labor, parts, third-party costs, recurring fees, applicable taxes, and the payment deadline against your quote.

03

Raise questions early

Use the contact page with the invoice reference and a description of the question. Do not attach full payment-card details.

Payment instructions you can verify.

Available payment methods, including major cards or ACH where offered, are confirmed at service or on the invoice. This website does not collect card numbers or bank-account information and does not provide an online payment portal.

Before acting on an unexpected payment request or a change of banking details, verify the request using our published phone number, (407) 335-1296. Do not rely only on the contact information inside the unexpected message.

Use only the payment method and destination confirmed for your engagement. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or a full card number through the service inquiry form.

Changes, cancellation, and service concerns.

If you need to stop or change work, contact us promptly. Work already performed, authorized parts, third-party commitments, and plan notice periods follow the agreed terms.

For a billing concern or refund request, provide the invoice reference, date, and issue. The review considers the approved scope, work performed, and applicable warranty or contract terms. See Cancellation & Service Warranty for the process.
