GETTING STARTED

From first conversation to agreed work.

01

Understand your environment

Describe the current problem, the people affected, key applications, and any fixed deadline. Include recent changes and relevant vendor responsibilities.

02

Agree on scope

Review the proposed work, pricing, delivery route, and exclusions. Identify the person who can approve access and additional work.

03

Prepare access safely

Confirm account ownership and authorized contacts. Use an agreed access method; keep passwords, recovery codes, and sensitive files out of ordinary email.

04

Plan the service window

Agree on scheduling, backup responsibilities, expected disruption, and the people needed to verify the result.

05

Review the outcome

Check the original request, document relevant changes, and discuss any remaining dependencies or follow-up tasks.

06

Keep the service record

Retain the scope, invoice, warranty information where applicable, and the contact route for future help.

For a one-time repair or support request.

Bring the device model, a plain-language description of the symptoms, and any recent error messages. Avoid sending screenshots that expose passwords, patient data, financial details, or other unnecessary personal information.

Back up important files before work wherever possible. If a backup is unavailable, tell us before diagnosis or repair begins so the risks and options can be discussed. A repair request does not imply that data recovery is included.

Contact us before visiting or delivering equipment. We confirm the appropriate service route, scheduling, and any diagnostic fees first.

For a managed IT engagement.

An ongoing plan starts with an agreed inventory of covered devices, systems, users, and locations. Record existing vendors, important subscriptions, renewal dates, and the account owners responsible for them.

Clarify support hours, request channels, maintenance windows, priority definitions, and any separately agreed service-level commitments. Monitoring and staffed support are different services; your agreement identifies what is provided.

Discuss onboarding work, unresolved technical issues, license costs, and backup requirements separately from the recurring plan fee. Set a review point for verifying the initial inventory and confirming remaining tasks.
