Appointments & rescheduling
Contact us by phone as early as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may incur a scheduling fee if disclosed in the applicable booking terms. Ask us to confirm any change before assuming an appointment has been cancelled.
Managed plan changes
Managed plans can be changed or cancelled with at least 30 days’ written notice, subject to your individual agreement. Use the written-notice channel in your service agreement and identify the business or account and the requested effective date. Call (407) 335-1296 if you need to confirm that channel. Third-party licenses, committed charges, and any agreed early cancellation fees follow the signed agreement.
Work already authorized
If you stop a one-time service, contact us promptly. The amount due depends on work already performed, authorized parts or purchases, and the agreed terms. We explain applicable charges and do not treat an inquiry alone as approval for paid work.
Repair labor warranty
Most repair labor is covered by a limited 30-day warranty from the service date unless your invoice states otherwise. It applies to the specific issue repaired, not unrelated faults or new damage. Replacement parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties.
Billing concerns & refund requests
Contact us through the contact page with the invoice reference, service date, and a description of the concern. Do not include full payment card details. We review the work, agreed scope, and applicable warranty or contract terms before discussing any remedy. A refund is not automatic; your agreement and applicable legal rights govern the outcome.
