THE WORK IN CONTEXT

Managed IT Services.

Recurring technology problems are hard to manage one emergency at a time. A managed plan creates a defined scope for routine maintenance, support, and review, with responsibilities agreed from the beginning.

Managed IT brings recurring work into an agreed service plan. Instead of treating each issue as an unrelated emergency, the engagement identifies the devices, systems, support routes, maintenance tasks, and review points that belong in the relationship.

The starting inventory matters. Existing technical issues, unsupported equipment, licenses, backup needs, and projects may require initial or separate work. We discuss these items before enrollment so the monthly plan and any additional project charges are easy to distinguish.

SERVICE CAPABILITIES

What the work can include.

Your quote identifies the capabilities relevant to your request, the systems involved, and the checks to complete.

01

Covered-device inventory

Define the supported devices and relevant systems before the plan begins. The inventory connects service responsibilities to actual equipment and provides a basis for reviewing additions, replacements, or changes in how the business works.

02

Routine maintenance & health checks

Schedule the checks and supported maintenance included in the selected plan. Identify update responsibilities, restart windows, and items that need approval so recurring maintenance is practical for the people using the devices.

03

A defined support route

Establish how covered users request help, what information to provide, and how requests are prioritized. Business-hours support, automated monitoring, and any specially agreed escalation arrangements are described as separate parts of the service.

04

Monitoring & patching scope

For applicable plans, identify the systems enrolled in monitoring and supported patching. Discuss alert review, maintenance windows, exceptions, and the difference between receiving a monitoring signal and resolving the underlying issue.

05

Backup & security coordination

Connect the plan’s backup and protection scope to the actual devices and accounts involved. Confirm capacity, licensing, ownership, and any additional products or configuration work before assuming a tool is covered by the monthly fee.

06

Reporting & technology reviews

Use the review cadence in the plan to discuss recurring issues, completed work, and upcoming needs. Device replacements, migrations, office changes, and larger security projects can then be planned separately from everyday support.

COMMON REQUESTS

See how the service fits.

Examples of the work you can discuss with us.

A home office wants regular device care

Start with the covered computers and everyday work requirements. Confirm the health-check and remote-support scope, identify any initial repairs, and document which tasks belong to the plan and which will be quoted separately.

A small team needs more consistent support

Inventory the devices and business tools, identify an authorized contact, and set the request and priority process. Review monitoring, backup, on-site requirements, and recurring reporting before selecting the appropriate plan.

A growing organization has varied requirements

Map locations, users, critical systems, vendors, and support expectations. Build a custom scope with the required device inventory, backup capacity, review cadence, escalation arrangements, and any specifically agreed service levels.

YOUR QUESTIONS

More about managed it services.

What are the published plan prices?

Essentials is $49 per month for up to two covered devices, Business is $149 per month for up to ten, and Enterprise is quoted to the agreed inventory and requirements. The pricing page compares the published features and the items to confirm in a proposal.

Does a monthly plan mean unlimited labor?

No unlimited labor allowance is published here. The agreement defines included support, covered devices, service hours, and work charged separately. Ask about the allowance, on-site work, onboarding, and project exclusions before enrolling.

What does 24/7 monitoring mean?

Applicable monitoring tools can collect signals around the clock. That is different from a staffed 24-hour help desk or a guaranteed immediate response. Alert review, support availability, escalation, and response commitments follow the agreement.

Are new projects included in the monthly fee?

A migration, office move, network redesign, large repair, or other project may fall outside routine plan coverage. We identify that work and its price separately before it begins, rather than assuming every service on the website is part of the subscription.

Can I change or cancel the plan?

The published policy allows upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation with 30 days’ written notice, subject to the individual agreement. Review any approved third-party commitments, outstanding work, and account handover requirements before the change takes effect.
