JHProIT is a U.S.-based technology consulting company focused on delivering high-quality software engineering solutions to clients across a range of industries. As we grow, we are expanding our network of senior technical consultants who can represent our engineering capabilities in client interviews, contribute to stakeholder discussions, and help launch new engagements successfully.
We are looking for a highly experienced software engineering professional with excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your experience & skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above), with confident spoken communication for U.S.-based client interviews and stakeholder discussions.
- At least eight years of professional software engineering experience.
- An overall background in software, data, or machine learning; the target experience profile is 8–15 years.
- At least two years of hands-on production work with generative AI and large language models; the target experience profile is 2–5 years.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, supported by real engineering delivery experience.
THE CONSULTING ROLE
How you will contribute.
Client interviews & stakeholder discussions
Represent JHProIT’s engineering capabilities in client interviews and technical conversations. Explain your experience and approach clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
Production AI experience
Discuss hands-on work with generative AI and LLM systems, including the engineering decisions and lessons behind production delivery.
New engagements & ongoing delivery
Help launch new client engagements and coordinate technical discussions with the development team as those engagements move into delivery.
COMPENSATION · FLEXIBLE ARRANGEMENTS
Interview pay & performance bonuses.
Interview time
USD $40–$60 per hourBase pay applies to time spent in interviews.
Performance / management bonus
USD $1,000 × N per monthN is the number of ongoing engagements won by you and running with the development team.
The monthly bonus scales with the number of qualifying ongoing engagements. For example, 5 ongoing engagements correspond to $5,000 per month in performance / management bonuses. This is the default payment structure; compensation arrangements are flexible.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Win 5 new engagements each month.
The six-month goal is more than 20 ongoing engagements won by you and running with the development team. At the stated rate, more than 20 qualifying engagements would correspond to more than USD $20,000 per month in bonuses. This is a performance goal, not guaranteed compensation; actual bonuses depend on the number of ongoing engagements.
